The Rugs Coffee (the Rugs is said, a place that has become unavoidable (we see it when it is closed, an atypical atmosphere, which overflows on the square that runs along it: drink, eat, meet, discuss, listen to concerts, we watch there collectively broadcasts of great games, ... Discover a week night of this bar that has the advantage of having a large terrace on a place of Houilles. 2 choices of local blonde and IPA beers), which is a little fair, and the pint is at 8€ that is to say more expensive than in a pub. Honestly we've been there once, but we won't come back to drink a beer... maybe for something else, but I haven't tested it!

A must in the city! The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is very friendly! Small bonus point for the big blue-eyed waiter that hit in mine.
