Rupali - Reservar uma mesa

I typically order delivery from this restaurant, but the food always arrives just lukewarm. I decided to pick it up in person to see if it would be hotter. However, when I got home, I realized that my order was missing pilau rice and masala on my tikka. I called to address the issue and was told I could come back to pick up the missing items. However, I was not willing to leave the other two courses I had already received to return to the restaurant. This was a very disappointing response, and as a result, I will not be returning as a customer.

This was my first time ordering from Rupali, and I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery. Unfortunately, the food was not hot when it arrived. The chicken korma was bland and tasted like vegetable soup, the rice seemed like it came from a packet, and the garlic naan bread lacked garlic flavor, tasting like plain bread. I will not be recommending this restaurant or ordering from here again.

The lamb madras was underwhelming, with tough and chewy meat that lacked the expected spiciness. The special mix kebab was also disappointing, as it contained no lamb and the donner meat was thick, rubbery, cold, and flavorless.

I took my daughter to this restaurant tonight and informed them about her egg allergy. They suggested the burger and chips, but unfortunately, it must have had egg in it because she has been vomiting since eating it.

Spicy sauce and meat sum it up, it wasn’t bad as in it wasn’t edible but it wasn’t a decent curry being honest.
