Ruth's Chris Steak House - Ft. Lauderdale

one of the worst places I've ever been in my life. the service was ok. our waitress was nice, but the manager must be fired immediately the worst manager of the year. no idea where to start. this place looks like a high-end red lobster, we ordered the thunfish that it was good. then we got a zesarsalat, it was also good. now the most important escapes were a catastrophe, we ordered a tomahawk medium well, it came rarely, they can see that blood come out, also ordered two lobster tails, they never came with the tomahawk and the sides. we asked what happened, we were told six minutes. lobster dick is just gonna get one. at this point I was already about it. a waiter puts the dick away from me...

a commandé 2 vins sur la carte qu’ils n’avaient pas et j’ai été offert un 30% plus cher que j’ai accepté et que nous avons facturé à plein prix. Malheureusement, le morceau de viande que j'ai commandé n'était pas très beau, même si la cuisine était excellente. Je ne suis pas facturé.

server wore chairs over the customer heads, spilling water and spoke loudly in the back. eating was good, but absolutely not going here if they expect or want a refined experience of any kind, this place is much more like outback.

The food was absolutely excellent, best steak we have had in a long time. We sat in the bar area and both bartenders were excellent and attentive. 10/10

the staff was very friendly and welcoming. eating was also great. great place to spend a birthday or jubilee.
