Don't bother with these people. Go to Costco pharmacy. Contacting corporate based on the way I was treated regarding getting a simple over the counter allergy medication they ran out of. Then telling me two days in a row it would be ordered, only to never receive a call. The staff here are unprofessional with terrible attitudes. The excuse I received was that the allergy medication they ran out of and never ordered for the reason not many people take it. Well it's the only allergy medication I have found that I don't get a reaction from. Even if you don't go to Costco pharmacy checkout Camas Safeway pharmacy that has some less miserable staff.

It seems the Washougal Safeway wants to put its customers in danger with a mass-covid event. I counted 16 buyers without masks, and not an employee or manager seemed to care even when characters were placed and recorded overhead messages played say masks were obligatory. I have thought not to worry about shopping in this business as well as the Camas location because of the health of the community, but now I will not buy on any safeway anymore, although it is the only grocery store in my city. I am very disappointed with the lack of concern.

I just thought for a quick purchase at Washougal Safeway (5:50 ish pm). I used self-control and asked for money back. I grabbed my two things and went out the door when I heard someone called me. I turned around and it was one of the participants in the self-control that broke out the money I left in the donor. A young man with dark curly hair to his shoulders with cheerful silly face mask. That was so nice and I just wanted to give him a scream. I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but thank you, you're great!. This is real customer service!

High prices and poor service. Rudest Checker tonight! Shoulda just walked away and left her my purchases! Never again......will stay with the friendly local Grocery outlet!
