Last week, after shopping on Safeway for decades (since the 80s), I was forced out of Safeway for shopping without a mask. I am 65 and have a doctor's release and offered to show this, but was brutally told by the manager that he didn't care what I had! We came here for the selection of gift cards. We were standing in the line, and the checker told us we have too many gift cards, and it takes too much time. Go to customer services. We met Johnny H. He said nothing when we told him what we needed. he rolled his eyes and unactivated our cards. No, hi, don't say goodbye. They could require customers wear masks of other material to cover their mouths and noses to protect other shoppers And Safeway employees. Today, after 20 years was my last trip to Safeway. A store that doesn't care about customer/employee safety in a national (60,000 Dead) health crisis can do without me. Costco has it right.: Mask required to enter.

Staff do not wear masks and they do not force masks. Imagine how evil the products and meat products are. I'll never buy it again.
