Very nice chain restaurant. You have the choice to sit at a sushi bar, a regular table or a table with integrated grill. At the regular table or at the sushi bar you start eating as soon as you sit. But the true Sakura experience sits at the table with the built-in grill and has prepared your meal right in front of your party. Then the food precursor is a performance experience. If you have a party of eight or ten, you can start the experience immediately. If you have a smaller party, you can wait until there are enough cartridges to fill all or most seats. I had a wonderful time, the food was absolutely perfectly cooked, delicious and the experience it cooked with flair right in front of us was so much fun! Our cook said he would do it for about 16 years, and was quite funny watching to flip eggs without breaking them, making an onion volcano and other funny things. My favorites, at the end of the meal test time, during which he catch small pieces of shrimp to the ready guests in the mouth (Got mine on the second attempt). I had fillet and scallops, with one side of shrimp, and the meal also came with a beautiful salad, soup and fresh fried rice. Great meal and fun!

It's been about 20 years since I've been to a hibachi restaurant and this was so much fun. The wait for our chef was a bit long but worth it. The amount of food you get is massive and tasty. The chef was fun and interactive with everyone at the table. I had the ribeye and shrimp and my wife had the fillet and chicken. Both were excellent. Highly recommend this place. We didn't order sushi but saw it and it looked amazing.

My rating is somewhat optimistic and instead I would give this place a '3.75'. I thought the main actor was solid, but the soup and the salad were missing. Soup had little to no taste and I became a choice on salad dressing (conspiracy tasted water down? . I don't expect a meal from a Japanese steakhouse to be cheap, but I expect more when I pay about $30 for a meal.

It was a birthday dinner! I couldn't ask for a better night! Thank you. Chicken livers were also delicious!!!
