Unpolished and unwelcoming service. I was meeting a group of friends for dinner but arrived a bit early and decided to have a drink at the bar. There were no open seats available so I ordered a drink and asked one of the staff if I could sit at one of the high tops next to the bar. He said ok so I waited there. The hostess came over with an accusing look and informed me that I could not sit there because that table is for customers who are ordering food and drink. Pardon me, but why do you assume I am not ordering food? It was happy hour...did you think to perhaps offer a menu instead of asking me to leave? Monday night must be a slow time, waiter not very attentive. Ordered drinks and never came back to ask if we wanted anything else. Would have ordered a bottle of wine but was never asked. And this was a special birthday for us.
