really loved the rugs that are listed as vegetarian on the menu, but can be veganized by leaving the egg. the soy milk broth was delicious and I loved all the different toppings, there were sweet potato, fried renkon, wakame, fresh snap snatch and some sweet marinated soybean carvings that added a very interesting note. not the cheapest dish (12,90 but quite a big part, not really authentic japanese as well as overall I loved it very much. the personal was super nice and knowledgeable about veganizing too.

The restaurant serves meat, but the vegan options were very tasty, but if you order the rams for example, you must tell them that you order them without the egg. Restaurant is more on the pricier side.

Did not know that the egg comes by default, so you must tell them that they leave it. The broth, noodles and beats were good, but it tasted a little too much like roasted sesame oil for my pleasure

had a late night bowl of vegan ramen at the big community table. hearty broth with many sweet, hip atmosphere, great selection of drinks. I enjoyed my visit!

delicious fresh food. great vegan dishes, smokers and vegan sushi. order at least once a week.
