I have gone to this sams for 5 or so years. The store is still fine, but the past few times I've gone, the customer service has been terrible. Tried to order a cake from the bakery and stood there waiting for a long time for anyone to respond, and when someone did come up to the counter, they were extremely rude. Then, the next time I went, the person at the door was making rude remarks at customers trying to navigate the new exit process. She did not offer an explanation or help. She just yelled at the customer. If the service was better, the store would be good. Never had any issues getting what I needed or quality issues. Terrible service. I bought four new tires and the kid who was supposed to change them tried to pry off three hubcaps that were locked. How can a tire technician not know that there are locking hubcaps? After filing a claim with their insurance, they promised to bring the car into the shop in 15 minutes. 2 hours later the car still hasn't been touched and we're going to the hassle of asking for a refund.

I come here to shop and get gas often, My issue is the car wash is always closed, I don't understand that machine breaks down more than any car wash I ever been to, when I tried to call to speak to customer service it takes you through all the departments then when you press zero for customer service you get a recording send the number has been disconnected

This location is amazing!! Im pregnant and was sent to get 4 cases of water , 3 cases of Gatorade, 3 jugs of water. The manager called mike back there to help me, he was waiting for me! He loaded the cart , pushed it for me, and loaded my small car!!! Lol he refused a tip and i wanted to send a review..he is so nice . you all are great! Xoxoxo Reserve uma mesa agora

What a dump!! Just joined and I already regret it. Lazy employees and no carts. I was told I had to go back out and get one. I am handicapped and it was difficult to walk outside and find a cart. Costco is so much more attentive to their customers needs.

The club is ok, does not stock as many items as other clubs. Seems extremely short staffed. Especially difficult to get help with jewelry. Waited 20 mins for someone to come over last week and over 20 mins today. I am still here waiting . . .

Don't bother calling. If you select member services, it either hangs up at 60 seconds of ringing or transfers you to a disconnected number. Useless.
