Sam's Club - Reservar mesa

I have had a Sam 's Club Membership for over 24 years. I loved shopping at the Sam 's Club in Evanston. In 2005, I moved to the Southside and started shopping at the Sam 's Club I Evergreen Park. I initially did not experience any problems until, I started using their Shop and Go service, and Online curbside pickup. The Shop and Go service rarely worked, so I stopped using it. Plus, it made no sense to shop for your items to avoid standing in a long cashier checkout/or self checkout, but, I 'd end up having to stand in a long line to exit the store so the associate can scan my receipt. I wish I could rate 0 starts !!! The deli service is horrible, I was in line to purchase pizza and I guess it was the last of the pizza because they had about half of the pepperoni pizza and a full deluxe pizza , as we were in line the person behind us starts screaming saying they need to make more pepperoni for her family, it was now our turn to order and the cashier moves and grabs the last 3 slices of pepperoni and puts them to the side, I said is he saving them for her? I proceeded to tell him I wanted pepperoni and he said there 's only deluxe I said who are those slices for that u just put away and he made a face and said they 're bought I asked by whoo, because the girl that was infro...

This is by the far the WORST sams club in and near the city . Thee employees are so rude, unprofessional, and very ignorant. When you ask them a simple question like where can I find x y and z they either ignore you or give you a vague response , it 's two rolls down . Once you head to refrigerated section I found not 1 but 5 expired products . When approaching another employee trying to be a Good Samaritan and handing them the products . SHE told ME to take them up front ! EXCUSE ME !!! I do not work here to take them up front ! Once I asked to speak to a manager I was left waiting for 30 minutes and at that point I just decided to leave my grocery cart filled of goods and left the premises...

The service is okay at this Sam's location. This particular time the section manager for the home goods, (storage bin section) allowed us to stand/wait for over 15 min after asking about an item. After waiting for so long we decided to look for another employee. Instead we found the section manager and same employee talking to each other instead of coming back to say they were out of stock. The lack of common courtesy and customer service was unsatisfactory. Reserve uma mesa agora

This experience goes beyond just the drive-up pick-up time, as there have been multiple instances where they don’t answer the phone. When they do pick up, they listen but then fail to follow through.

I placed an online order for pickup between 9 and 10 AM, but it's now 11:43, and I still haven't received my order. I wouldn’t recommend ordering here due to poor service.

The customer service here is extremely slow, and the atmosphere feels quite disorganized and chaotic. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a hurry.
