I have a Sam's Club membership, and when I arrived at 9:30, I was immediately told that I couldn't shop there because I didn't have a preferred member club card. Since I planned to browse for at least half an hour before making any purchases, I found this very rude. Every time I visit Sam's Club, I get the feeling that the staff doesn't want my business. I spend several thousand dollars a year in their stores, yet I feel treated like a common criminal each time I come in or leave. I really dislike this business model. It's frustrating to think that they would rather keep security on alert than allow customers to shop conveniently and spend more money.

I go to Sam's for my essentials and have not been disappointed with my selections. I'm writing to give a review on the rotisserie chicken they prepare in the store. I have gotten the chicken 4 times and every time I get it it's undercooked. My family just got sick from the last time we purchased a chicken and deemed it out last time getting cooked food from Sam's. Please check to make sure your chicken is done before you eat it if you do purchase a rotisserie chicken. Had to warn those who are not aware, because it seems that Sam's process of cooking has not resolved the issue thus far.

I entered the club today with the intention of joining. But I'd never been to one before so I wanted to see what it is like. The guard at front door said I absolutely could not go in without a membership. He was quite rude. Killed any desire for me to join, guess I'm headed to Costco. Reserve uma mesa agora

Long time member, but am switching. Poor pricing for tires, terrible online service, privacy unfriendly app, pickup option is a joke, employees are mostly unhelpful and rude specially in the service counter and auto section. Bye Sam's.

I like Sam's for the convenience, my only complaint is that they will discontinue items for no reason and then you can't find it anymore and you have to find another product to replace it! Fuel prices are better than most around town!

I absolutely love shopping at Sam's Club, and my daughter usually comes along with me. I have a plus membership, and I always find great deals whenever I visit. We're planning to go there again tomorrow. Go Sam's Club!
