San Lorenzo - Reservar uma mesa

Recently visited San Lorenzo, an Italian restaurant, and unfortunately, it seems to be going in the wrong direction. I have been a regular customer for many years and have always enjoyed the food in the past. The experience was just okay during the starters, although they were not fantastic. However, when my partner ordered a carbonara for the main course, it was completely inedible. The sauce had curdled and looked disgusting. When the waitress asked if everything was alright, my partner mentioned that it wasn't great. Instead of simply accepting the comment and offering a replacement, the waitress engaged in a strange exchange, trying to explain how a traditional carbonara should be made....

Was booked for my grandaughters birthday the staff were fantastic and the owner is a fast draw artist, drew a picture of my grandaughter and she was chuffed. Also the food was first class. Can't wait to go back.

beautiful little restaurant. great food, great customer service. would have been 5 stars, but the music is shocking and my sticky toffee pudding had broken Amaretti Biscuits up!

Anniversary surprise from the boyfriend. Fantastic atmosphere, food was amazing and social distancing in place with all staff being careful, attentive and helpful all the time!

The food was excellent one of the best Italian meals I have had. Also very good friendly and attentive staff well worth 5 star and will be going back there.
