Sanafir Mediterranean

Must check out if you’re in Orillia! Incredible Mediterranean place with very authentic and delicious dishes. My favourites were the chicken shawarma and falafel. I think I had the best falafel of my life here! The portions are quite large and the food is amazing. Sam, the owner, is also very welcoming and friendly, and made the experience very enjoyable. Would come here more often if it weren’t so far away!

Fantastic lunch today at Sanafir! Owner Sam is a legend in the hospitality and restaurant business before he started Sanafir. His passion and experience with ingredients and cooking are apparent. We had the mustard beef stew, chicken kebabs, babaganoush, and lentil soup and finished everything to the last bite. Will definitely be back!!

Trip advisor awarded this restaurant as one of the best. The falafel is so unique and better than any other I've had in Canada. Some nights they have live instrumental jazz music. The owner is genuine and generous. He's worked at luxurious resorts and produced charity events. Lots of locals lounge here. It has a cozy atmosphere.

we found our new favourite restaurant! eating was amazing; the aromen, the portions, the presentation wore! the atmosphere was super eclectic, cozy and authentic! we felt super welcome by the owner and could see the passion he brings into his decor! we can't wait to eat there again! many thanks for a great lunch! I had a wonderful dinner here. eating, the atmosphere, the service made for such a pleasant experience. can not be put enough over the steak so delicate, so juicy, so fleshy (not from the seasoned, they are extremely subtle.) the Moroccan chicken evening meal was also excellently tender and tasty.

relaxing atmosphere, excellent hospitality and beautiful Mediterranean dishes! the overall experience was very pleasant and we enjoyed our meaningful talk with sam (the owner) and one of his masters. try the baklava for dessert. they will not be disappointed!

On April 1st, we went to this Mediterranean restaurant in search of real food for lunch. We decided to try it out, and we were not disappointed. I ordered a shawarma platter, while my partner ordered an Egyptian 5 spiced steak. Both dishes were delicious.

Great lentil soup and the bass was delicious too. My husband enjoyed the mustard beef cauldron. If you're looking for something different and flavourful, try Sanafir. We were also treated with the music of a flutist and guitarist. Reserve uma mesa agora
