if I could give 10 stars, I would! intimate and thoughtful decoration, nice eating and wonderful service. for a simple birthday dinner but ended with a whole culinary experience. can not eat enough about the absolutely delicious rave, these young have taken gluten-free vegan cuisine into new heights. the carefree and love to detail here for a whole made around big night. we ordered many different dishes because we simply couldn't decide. my favorite thing were the crispy oyster mushrooms...wait....ok, maybe it was the butternut quash fried ravioli....or shoot, hold. ok, it was the portobello rockefeller. or maybe the lions mane steak?. obviously I need to visit another one to limit myself.

If you are seeking mouthwatering culinary food with all the trappings, Sanctuary Bistro is the place to go. Of all the restaurants we visited in Charlotte, I would put this one at the top of the list for exquisite vegan food. Everything on the menu is vegan. The decorum is simple, yet elegant. The waitress offered excellent service. The restaurant is small and does not have many tables. Reservations are probably a good idea.

I have to be vegan a few months ago and that was our first vegan restaurant. we didn't know what to expect, but I was excited to try. I felt bad for hubby who had no idea what to order, and we were not sure what many of the menu points were. everything surpassed our expectations, from delicious eating to the quiet atmosphere and the helpful and friendly staff. we will definitely go back and try more dishes.

my friend brought me to sanctuary bistro for my birthday and we had the most delicious butternut quash ravioli with cashew Habanero cream sauce! the service was great and I love the concept!

excellent service, variety of choices and high-quality eating. the uber from uptown. limited seats so that reservations must be made.
