Sandy Hotel - Reservar uma mesa

I dropped in here with 3 other guests and we were shocked at the poor level of service, so much so that it was a major talking point for the entire duration of our visit (and for several days after)About 90% of the tables had multiple dirty dishes on them during our visit, from start to finish. The staff would bring food out and return to the kitchen without removing anything. It wasn't until we were about to leave two hours later that one girl slowly cleared a few of the tables.I don't know if we visited on an understaffed day or what but it seemed odd.Our food was ok, no one was impressed nor significantly disappointed. I would've given 3 stars if the staff were a bit more motivated.There'...

Million dollar viewWarm barmy Saturday night a good idea dinner at the sandy rang booked table requested outside Arrived table taken the number moved to a small table staff unwilling to help had to take inside tableWaited to order only one staff (she explained the other computer broken so she did the best she could) she was lovelyDinner ok not outstanding considering the cost The Sandy should be a great local pub but it's hit and miss if it's having a good or bad day

One of the Thursday night specials! Parmigiana! Mine with Pesto... obviously out of a jar..... so flavour average and my partner's with lemon. One tiny wedge! When he asked for more....two tiny wedges extra were served!!! Basic salad ok!!! Chips great! Maybe just a drink next time!!!

This place has so much potential the views are just amazing but the staff, service and food was so disappointing. If I wrote my whole experience this review would be so negative so best I say I wont be going back again......!

I live locally and come here often the building needs an upgrade the view is spectacular and the food is traditional pub food
