Santa Maria - Reservar uma mesa

We went to Corsica off season in our little plane. Stumbled across this place. Booked in. Very French. Had the Alzipratu wine and the beef. It was wonderful. Real French food as it should be. Uncomplicated. Fabulous flavours. I shall be back with my son who think he knows what steak is all about. Its nice to know these places still exist!

A great evening: five of us arrived, without a booking, got a table immediately. The service was friendly, efficient and very professional,!the food excellent and very reasonably priced. A lovely evening was had by all, we highly recommend this restaurant! Five Stars on all accounts!!!

Every dish was outstanding! The egg starter is fabulous and copious. The boar with polenta is tender and the sauce is tasty without being too heavy. The cannelloni is the best we ever had in Corsica. Good local wine list.

excellent reception, explanations of the perfect map, and especially the dishes were of very high quality, all homemade, up to the small pastry shops of the gastronomic coffee: compliments to the camille for the latter.

Such a lovely setting and great food. We would definitely return as a couple and would recommend for those looking for quality and authentic dishes.
