I ordered food through Skip the Dishes and noticed that one bag of our order was missing. The rest of the food arrived, so we started eating while I reached out to Skip to report the missing items. Typically, we just receive credit for future orders and move on, but this experience was different. A representative from Sapporo’s called us and expressed their desire to resolve the issue. They said, “We’re very sorry that your food was missed with the driver. We want to make it right and deliver your items. This is likely the best sushi restaurant in Ladner. The food is consistently delicious, and the quality remains high. However, the service could use improvement; there have been times when we had to get up from our table to find the waiter just to get our food or bill. They definitely need to hire more staff. On a positive note, the waitress, who appears to be a part owner, has a wonderful attitude and always greets guests with a smile. I will definitely return!

This sushi place is one of the many gems of Ladner. The staff is very friendly, kind, and upbeat. The service is fast, the food is fantastic, the atmosphere cozy and the prices reasonable. The menu has lots of options, but we thought that the Dinner and Lunch sets were very well balanced and had a bit of everything that you could ask for. Presentation was nice, everything tasted delicious and felt fresh. Definitely a must visit.

I've been here a few times, and each visit has been delightful. Our group typically orders either the Sapporo or Nigiri set. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is clean with friendly staff. There's also plenty of parking available nearby. Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was amazing here, but the service was not the best. We had to get our own utensils and menus because the waitress forgot about us. We were waiting 30+ mins before getting up and going to tell the counter our order. The seating/atmosphere isn’t the best either.

I can only comment on the food, as I ordered takeout. Sushi (whether it's rolls, nigiri, or aburi) is excellent. The overall quality is a tier above most Japanese restaurants in the Lower Mainland. Prices are slightly above average but not wallet-breaking.

Bold flavoursFor sushi restaurant Sapporo Kitchen has some bold and clean flavours. This was clear with the nigiri I ordered. I had also ordered some rolls with pleasant texture but it was the balance of the flavours of the nigiri that makes me want more.

Sapporo never lets us down. Their food is consistently tasty, with a wide array of options and some fantastic party trays. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is always delightful.

Excellent and tasty food, always fresh! Especially enjoy their Original Sapporo Lunch Set, Leo Lunch Set, and Mr. Big Roll! Great customer service too!
