This is a vegetarian chain with locations around the world, including India. The food is some of the best you can find outside India, and they have dishes from a variety of places. The dosa menu is extensive and the curries are delightful. They do one of the best and freshest bhindi masalas I've ever had. If you want something without ghee, just ask. They are not English native speakers, so always mad that they do not know what “vegan” means, you will not get anywhere and will just make you look like a tool. Ask them to use vegetable oil instead of ghee, and they will be where they can.

would have given them one star if I could. None of the staff knew which items were vegan, the first staff member was telling us we could eat cottage cheese and paneer. We spoke to 3 separate people before we were told half the takeaway. Didn't order, not vegan friendly

the customer service was great. the dame helped me choose the vegan options. but the options were not huge. I can deal with spicy foods, but that was the next level hot!

what we had was not bad, but not amazing. the spiced sofadrink was pretty good! the staff was friendly and helpful
