Sardinia Italian Inspired Seafood

Calamari was rubbery, very chewy and hard to eat. Waitress told us the seafood simmer was for 2, barely enough food for one. Mushroom Risotto was abysmal. Was literally rice boiled in watery stock, no wine, no onions, no butter in the risotto, no texture, no creaminess. We then sat for half an hour after the plates were cleaned away waiting for someone to ask if we wanted desert and coffee, never happened. Fish of the day was ok and the only reason for 2 stars. Disappointed.
