Sargam Indian Cuisine

we have ordered from this place about a year, either from doordash or directly call and pick it up. we like to eat something better than saroor, so it got our way into Indian place each time we pick up in the store, we wait at least a few minutes sometimes longer. Today we were told 25-30 minutes on the phone, we showed up about 35 minutes after the call, did not get our food until 60 minutes after the call. we come home to find out our diskette tikka masala is actually garnel, and my man is allergic to garnel. I call back and spend 5 minutes to explain two different people the problem, and finally we can go back to fall the garnels and pick up the disc. my man goes back there and they go to...

they're gonna be on lunch, but they don't. I was curious that it would eat my first time Indian, I wanted to try different things. the waitress was not friendly and disappeared after serving my food. I asked a few after a suggestion, so I got the curry chicken and the garlic flat bread, it was good! I asked a man who came out of the kitchen after dessert, after which I served only two spoons, it was suppe, I don't know if it should be. He asked me how I told him I didn't like it, but he still accused me. I will not go back. on the pictures I have shed my own food.

tldr: they canceled their order before they pick up. avoid this restaurant. You can try:1. order food for picking up 1-2 hours before by doordash, uber eats, etc.2 orderings are confirmed.3 minutes before picking up, they will cancel the order. So they waited for hours to pick up the food and they'll just cancel. now you're sneaking after lunch and dinner. this restaurant should be removed by uber eats and doordash.

Worst experience I have had in the walnut creek area. 1st walked in and no one was there to seat me for 10 min. Mind you there is only 1 table taken. Then was seated without a menu, so waited more. When food came presentation was nice but they gave me a dirty plate, so I asked for a clean one, to be given another dirty one. Chutney missed the mark and the food was meh.

I hate to leave less than five for Sargams…I’ve been going here for over ten years but something has changed. Food was NOT the usual…first time I have had to drain oil from the dishes like an overwatered plant. I hope they figure this out cause tonight was a real let down
