the sash is my absolute favorite steakhouse! the steak is actually always fried at the right point. the garlic bread is a tight! to the essential ritual belongs a portion tortilia chips with cheese dip simply to it, even if to the close from the local rolls. the atmosphere is very original with many references to the "medium west". for might make something too dark, but I like it. the staff is also super nice under stress.
