Our visit was early in the season and we were unlucky with the weather and it meant that we had to dine inside and that really is not what this place is about. The cooking method that they were showing us is a different type of BBQ. All carried out in old rowing boat that is full of sand to create a fire pit and the food is then presented to the fire on vertical skewers that the chef rotates by hand. Nice food and under different circumstance I am sure a nice venue to dine in, unfortunately the internal dining area is more of a breakfast room than a restaurant, so that took the edge off a bit for us.
