No drink refills menu , indoor and outdoor seating. Refills are at the wait service's discretion. I've been passing by this place since I was a little child, they have been open for well over 2 decades, so they're doing something right. Despite being land locked by their dining area that's smaller than my bedroom, they continue to have people who are willing to wait in line to order food...for good reason.
