We passed by the hotel and were charmed by its appearance, so we decided to stop and inquire about availability for that evening, which fortunately they had. The staff were fantastic, very hospitable and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The restaurant had a distinctly Scottish feel to it, and we even mentioned that it would be a great venue for a wedding. The menu offered a great variety of choices, and we were told it was a new menu. We decided to order the slow-cooked beef ale pie with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables, as well as the Savoy Park Tennessee burger with hand-cut chips and coleslaw. The hotel is very friendly and welcoming. A young man helped me with my luggage to my room. The breakfast selection is not extensive but there is something for everyone. I opted for yogurt with fruit compote and toast as I had plans for lunch. The staff were accommodating and flexible with orders. One minor critique is that multiple waitresses attended to different aspects of the meal service at breakfast, which could have been more personable if one waitress handled each table. The restaurant area is beautifully decorated. I will definitely return if I am in Ayr.

One of the best afternoon teas we’ve had (and we’ve had many! Delicious homemade savouries, sandwiches and cakes. Michelle was very attentive. Had a lovely big table by the window in the bar but have been previously and had table in the back dining room with big windows overlooking the lovely garden. Not keen on ‘dog friendly’ aspect near food but none were in that day! Big thanks to all and for arranging wheelchair ramp too.

The meals were delicious and the service was fab . Cannot believe how you can possible give 5 star food for the price you charge unbelievable 2 for 1 menu 2 steaks for just 10.95 . We dined at this restaurant twice this past weekend for dinner. We received great customer service and a friendly greeting. The variety of food options was impressive and the quality of the meat and vegetables was outstanding. The portion sizes were a bit large, but at least you won't leave feeling hungry.

We went for afternoon tea with Ukrainian friends as they have never had it before. There was plenty of food including sandwiches haggis balls sausage rolls and excellent cakes. The staff are friendly and the service was good. It is also excellent value for money at £15 a head. I would recommend it.

We went to the Savoy Park hotel today for lunch. Best neal I've had out for a very long time. Michelle is a credit to your hotel, fantastic service and so friendly. Food was fresh and tasty. A hidden gem and well worth a visit if your in Ayr. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic restaurant serving delicious food , Front of House service was excellent, decor beautiful and atmosphere was lovely, quiet but nice background music, quite romantic I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family Reserve uma mesa agora

Lovely place lovely food friendly staff been a few times never had the chance to sit right in the heart of the restaurant always been put in the side at entrance but definetly worth a visit

Very nice food in Scottish dining room (claymores, antlers and so on). They were busy but did not keep us waiting
