After coming to TripAdvisor, I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before. I have never experienced so incredibly rude service in all my life. I and 3 friends visited earlier this week. We sat at an open table and the café was less than full – so there was no reason for the treatment we received. We looked at the menu and made our decisions. I ordered German and the waitress said she didn't understand me. I know that what I asked was correct, but then led to show on the menu. The waitress had the most terrible attitude. She looked like she wanted to explode! I'm not sure if the problem was that we were English, or just that we asked for service! My friend wanted a cake, so in abrupt English sh...
A few years ago we were not calmly satisfied with this restaurant, but this time things were better. i went there with my family. I have 2 small kids. Once we entered the restaurant, waitress saw us, but they didn't come to say hi or help. When we raised hand they didn't come immideately, although they have staff, and how they took order and talked to us was elegant and unfriendly.
