Very nice ambiance. The food was ok, but the prices were high for not everything being available. Unfortunately, fries were still a bit raw, there were no more pasta (was informed shortly before the service). The Schloss Restaurant Sargans is much more than a restaurant. A longer journey is worthwhile. The castle complex is very well maintained. The view phenomenal. The service staff was extremely friendly and humorous. The food is excellent, both tastefully and visually a pleasure. We will be back! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
