from 1st October 2013, johann herrnböck took over the completely renovated castle cups in frittenfels. in a new culinary world in the quiet stone forest. in the first months he trained his crew in kitchen and service. the large New Year's menu was the first performance test. 5 walks with variations through the gast, then in the first line the guests who were not used to these confronted challenges, not so much the kitchen team. the young ladies in the service still need experience. the kitchen that is occupied throughout the day goes back to fresh local products. the wild and fishing from the forests and the waters of the barone of mommingen, the animals from the burg brewery, vegetables, sa...
