Der Espresso am Ende des Abends war lausig, aber der Rest war perfekt. I live in the United States but I have been to Restaurant Adler for a few times so far. It is one of my resturants to dine and everytime I can afford to go (I am an University Student) it is an extraordinary experience. It...is really!!!! money worth spend. I usually eat very international, but when I am going to Restaurant Adler I am in for a treat for fresh local and traditional food. This really makes me proud of my German heritage. Each meal fits so perfectly together and the Service is charming and as professional as it gets when it comes to a Michelin Star Restaurant. We were staying at the adjacent hotel and ate here with our niece's family who live in Stuttgart. Seven us all together. Clean and bright. Service was outstanding. Food was even better. We ate a wide assortment of main dishes: fish, salads, chicken corden bleu,...dumplings. Everything was quite good. Desserts were also quite good. All in all, a fantastic dining experience that let us visit and not seemed rushed, but still provided timely service.

Our business lunch was excellent at reasonable prices. I had a very good Rueda white wine. 0.2 dl for 7.00 Euro, ok for this excellent wine. Caretaking service, nice atmosphere. I arrived by coincidence to that restaurant,i slept at hotel. We ordered the taseting menu,you get food with veraiaty of tastes.all the dishes were delicious.
