Scooperman Ice Cream Parlor

The decor is not at all what was expected. I could've looked past that if it weren't for the fact that it's just Chapman's or nestle ice cream which they charge way too much for. 5$ for a small cup. Could've went to the grocery store and bought a tub of the same ice cream and gotten less attitude. The server looked bored and irritated. Not a single smile on her face. When asked about the specials she made a face and pointed at the wall and said over there. Save your money and go somewhere else

Horrible unfriendly service!!! The server was the definition of sour, thought it was my ethnic appearance but witnessed the same with an older couple. I will NEVER return to this place. Picton is such a lovely spot that depends on the summer tourists too bad this young girl is able to put a bad face to that at Scoopermans. I would certainly not recommend. For a place that wasn't not busy, the service could be friendly and the place could be a whole lot cleaner!!!

Aside from being disappointed that there wasn't more to the Super Hero theme other than the posters on the wall, comics to be read and cards displayed in the glass tables - the service given was far from friendly. Not inviting at all, no smiles, no chit chat as you get from other places visited. Even after giving the unfriendly server a tip - no thanks were given. Highly doubt will be returning here.

We stopped in because of the great name. What a let down. In a town with excellent ice cream this place only stocks nestle. Just down the street you can get homemade ice cream in a variety of imaginative flavours (go to Slickers, right now). I had high hopes but it was such a let down we were embarassed that we purchaced anything. Reserve uma mesa agora

We were here Aug 24th. The ice cream was great. The girl that waited on my 3 grand daughters never said an inviting word or smilied. She acted like we were to be served with no pleasantries. Her customer service has a lot to be desired. We like friendly faces and small talk. Makes a difference in return business.Sylvia Weese

They have the standard flavours such as pralines and cream but why not try something out of the ordinary? The campfire s'mores was awesome. We went on a very warm day so the ice cream was quite soft and had a difficult time eating it quickly enough before it turned into a puddle mess... but well worth the effort!

My wife and her friend spotted this place after a dinner at Portobella when we were walking back to the Picton Harbour Inn. I thought the prices for an ice cream were high and they didn't offer any lactose free choices.

We love ,love this place, we travelled from manitoba just to visit it's a must try place. Their prices are fantastic and the owner Kyle is just as fantastic aswell ! From our family to yours we highly recommend it! Reserve uma mesa agora

Great location for a treat while shopping on the main street. Nice seating out front of the store and a good variety of ice cream to choose from!

Small scoops available but no Interac service so bring cash! Right on one end of Main Street, so get some scoops and go for a walk.
