Scratch Catering Fine Foods

I'm sure this place provides great food, however my experience with them was not great in terms of co-ordination and communication. I made repeated attempts through phone and email for followup questions and suggestions and didn't get any followups after the initial response. I understand they might be busy, but it would have been okay if they would have just said that and not left me hanging after a couple of initial responses. Hope the management takes note of this as the stress of organizing an event is already a lot, can't have communication issues with vendors this way.

We had the most delightful experience working with Ted and his team at Scratch for our holiday party this year! Ted helped me to decide on every detail of the event, far beyond simply the food but also the party layout and was able to connect me with helpful support for rentals as well. The food was beyond fantastic and all of our guests raved about how much they loved it! The staff was professional, courteous and it was a seamless event from the party set up to the clean up! I cannot wait to use Scratch for another event soon!

My husband, daughter, and I attended a Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi tour event in Colleyville, TX, which was catered by you. We enjoyed your surprisingly spicy meat filled croissants and your creative, sweet yet savory grilled cheese bites made to look like sail boats (with the piece of bacon as a sail)! They were so good! It was worth the drive to not only learn more about the college but also to try your wonderful treats.

Scratch Catering did an event for a group at our facility and I have rarely met such a warm and positive person and the food was incredible! The cupcakes.... I mean, really, the cupcakes! I plan to tell as many other foundations and people I know about this amazing person and their amazing service and food! Look no further, this is the one!

Ted and his team were absolutely amazing. We had our wine club dinner this past weekend and we’re so amazingly pleased with everything!
