The lunch on fish was excellent with beautiful crisp whitebait as a nibble to start ,to the fantastic wild perfectly cooked Turbot and an equally fine Dover sole for my guest ! His comment later : the finest lunch he had for many years . A complement from a man who has eaten at the best in the Country . How wonderful to have such wonderful fresh fish served so well for a serious lunch .I will be their again ! My thanks . Parking: No problem at all ! I really feel comfortable at Scutchers. The food is ALWAYS excellent, the service is very friendly and efficient. Unlike some restaurants that change their menus at a rapid rate, there seems to be a slower rate of change at Scutchers, which is a GOOD thing because practice makes perfect. You will not be disappointed with the food. There is also an excellent wine cellar. If you have an important occasion to celebrate then Scutchers should be top of your list. We have been visiting Scutchers for 15 years as customers and have been recommending guests of The Windmill Suffolk to visit since we opened 6 years ago. Every meal we have ever had at Scutchers has been a joy. Always delicious and a combination of new and exciting menus running alongside our favourite Nick classics!
