Sea Master Fish Chips

Where do I begin?! Ordered through Uber Eats and the time was ticking on for delivery not a big deal as I understand these things can happen. But when I called to ask for an ETA I was met with an incredibly rude and arrogant individual. He made me feel silly for enquiring as to when I could expect my order. I don 't expect to be shouted at down the phone for asking a simple question! I would highly recommend giving this restaurant a wide berth and not attempting to make contact with its owners. To make matters worse, the selection of Pukka Pies was not up to the standard expected in the area.

I saw a promotion on Uber and decided to see where it could be used. Before I knew it, an order was placed and paid for without my intention. When I called the restaurant to cancel the order, the manager was unhelpful and said it was too late. The driver arrived and started shouting because no one opened the door, but I was not feeling well enough to answer. The driver then drove off with the food, and I received a rude call from Sea Masters. I will not be using Uber or Sea Masters again after this experience.

This takeaway should probably consider closing down. The pies are so hard and tasteless that they could probably break concrete if dropped. I asked for chips but got fries, which were terrible. It's better to just give up on this place and find something better to do, like sweeping roads or picking up litter. Cooking is clearly not their forte.

Excellent food lovely fish and chips husband had scampi chips he said very good too friend had burger in batter (they had never battered one before he said it was excellent too , can’t complain on the price either highly recommend this place will definitely have them again when next in the area

The chicken shish was overcooked and dry, the battered sausages lacked any batter, the gravy was too watery, and the entire meal was cold. Despite these shortcomings, the restaurant earned a 1-star rating because the chili sauce was tasty and the portion of chips was generous.
