Seasons Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! I went to seasons pizza on Philadelphia pike on or about December 28th. I have spent so much money at this location, I should have some shares in the company! I walked in and announced that I’m here to pick up my order. The black lady behind the counter got upset because of that. I guess she wanted me to stand there and look stupid until she acknowledge me on her time. They seem to be fully staffed, it was terrible, I had to go back and forth with the lady about my order, to keep the peace, I told her to keep the order and walked out for the last time!!!!!!!!

If I could give the place a 0 I would. I placed an order over the phone, confirmed order multiple times with employee, came to pick up the food and my order was wrong. So now I’m paying more than I expected plus I see the employees have headphones on while working. Maybe that’s why she couldn’t hear what was said over the phone. People need to pay attention to their customers and not listen to headphones/be on phone calls while supposedly working.

Don’t order from here it’s better if you order from anywhere else they are absolutely pathetic the women who work here have horrible attitudes and should be fired I’ve never heard or seen more unprofessional people in my life. They demand after wait 3 hours and getting the wrong pizza that I drive to there store and get a refund.

Stopped in for lunch one afternoon. I got a slice and side salad lunch combo. It was a decent meal, although Seasons has never been my favorite for pizza, I do enjoy other things from their menu. I really enjoyed the salad, it was very fresh. The service was great and the place was clean.

Usually get the chicken and broccoli Alfredo, but last time it wasn't that good. Noodles were undercooked and the sauce was flavor less.
