Seecafe Ertl Restaurant

We've just finished dinner here and it was our second time there today because the food is so good. We found the restaurant this afternoon and had lunch. Yes the menus are all in German, but hey we're blessed with google translate now if you don't understand the menu. The waiter at lunch was great, he did happen to speak English, which was nice but we still tried with our best broken German! Weinerschnitzel was to die for! At dinner myself and my partner both had the burgers which were superfilling sadly leaving no room for dessert. The views are beautiful over the lake. Also what is lovely even now in the height of summer the area is not full of screaming tourists and children!! Great resta...

The location is great. Only at the lake with a green lawn in between. Pleasant and peaceful. We didn't expect much of our lunch, but it turned out so good. I had beef carpaccio (with rocket salad and parmesan) with a side green salad from the salad bar and my husband had the menu of the day (Pork-Schmuck with potatoes and vegetables). The portions were generous, but not excessively large. We had a good meal with foam water. It was a pleasant experience. The service was also good. We would go back if we were back in the region.

Although we were busy, we were lucky to get a table on the edge of the terrace with a particularly beautiful lake view. (Make a good idea to reserve) The service was pleasant and efficient and the food was good. My trout was beautiful and crispy and my men Cordon Bleu Steak was very good both came with sides included in the price. Although we had salads, deserts and wine, etc., the bill was surprisingly reasonable.

We eat in Seeboden during our last night, and we do not regret to have come earlier. The food we had was good from a very reasonable price. So we really enjoyed it. I recommended it for dinner.

Very delicious food, large portions, nice staff, great location right by the lake. Would recommend it at any time.
