Semolina - Reservar uma mesa

We recently enjoyed a birthday dinner in Semolina! The Angus Beef Tartare appetizer was a large part, beautifully presented and was exceptionally fresh. The spagetti entree was delicious and had house made pasta (made with flour imported from Italy), Hot Soppresatta, Maryland Crab and Lemon Crumbs a great combination. The PA Raised Pork Chop was amazing, cooked to perfection and had Bacon Jam, Cashew Hummus, and Picked Red Cabbage absolutely the best pork apron we ever tasted! The dining room is intimate and casual and our server was friendly and efficient. We wouldn't have asked for a better evening. When in Red Bank, it's a must go!

Menu is limited however we had 2 excellent entrees; whole wheat casarecce with pork ragu and pork chop with bacon jam and pickled cabbage. I am not a big fan of pork, however would recommend the chop to anyone. Shared the shaved brussels sprout caesar as an appetizer and the bread alone is worth the trip. Service is always good.

The appetizers were delicious and entrées as well. The only gripe we had was that the entrees came to our table much too quickly!! We no sooner finished our 1st course (appetizers) our dinners came out!!! Felt kind of rushed. When we go out to dinner, it’s always considered a “dining experience!”

The place is outstanding and consistent . It is our go to place . Karen our server was amazing . Love this place !
