Senica’s Oak Ridge Golf Club

The course is very nice, however, it is poorly managed by a young kid who seems to pick-and-choose who they want to play late in the day. I am a member who plays a lot at 4:30pm and has been told twice that the course is closed even though I have seen people tee off after me. The young manager told me they are losing money . That seems to be a finance department problem; and not my problem because I choose to play often. The kids are more interested in making sure they are out of there at a decent time rather than welcoming their members. They do not make you feel welcome.

If you want to bounce around in your cart all day in the cart path come here. Also no signage on the cart path where there are curves and hills that should have warning. Manager/Owners attitude is not very good and he doesn't really care about his golfers. He just has an attitude where he wants his money and any outsiders are not welcome.

Condition of course was excellent especially considering the drought conditions we have had. Greens were rolling smoothly and had a fair amount of speed, fairways were green and lush!

Fantastic well maintained golf course. Pricing is very reasonable. My only negative is the bar/restaurant. I normally have a 9:00 Tee time and hotdogs are never ready at 11:00.

Best place for lunch in LaSalle County !!!The food and service are always top notch !!!
