Come for the drinks! I love me a good a Margarita and don't typically like fruity ones, but at the recommendation of our server, I tried the coconut lime margarita and the chambord margarita. The coconut lime is made with a 1800 coconut tequila and lime juice. So simple, and so good! Felt so summery and refreshing! The chambord is a traditional margarita with a chambord black raspberry float. Also yummy, and surprisingly not too sweet. The food was good, and totally enjoyable, but honestly, after a couple of the margaritas I would have eaten anything. Hubby had a chimichanga and really liked it smothered. The place is on the smaller side, and they had a large party, but the staff was still a...

Always a great experience with food and service. The menu since the pandemic was greatly reduced in selection. Probable due to staffing shortages. They only disappointment I've experienced in all the years that I have dined their is they changed the recipe of their corn chips. They used to be light and crisp with little air pockets. Even had a touch of burnt tips that actually added to the flavor and the uniqueness of their chips. Now they are thick and dense, very similar to other restaurants in the area. So much for being unique to Senor Manuel's! I just don't buy bags of chips to take home anymore. Disappointing but still great food. I wish they would change back...

This is my favorite Mexican food in Colorado Springs. Service is great, margaritas are awesome, Food is outstanding. I'm originally from CS and would eat here weekly. Get the Senor Manuel's original burrito with salsa picante if you can take the spice...comes with rice and beansand covered in cheese. Pair with their original or prickly pear Margarita. Do not skip out on the sopapillas!! If you're not from CO or NM this is a little different style Mexican than the west coast or Tex mex. Give it a try! Cheese enchilada combo and slopper are also good!

One of the oldest family owned restaurants in Colorado Springs with a generational community following. Serving portions are huge, and the recipes have not changed in the 40+ years I have come here. Excellent Margaritas, enchiladas, chili verde you name it. Tortillas and chips made fresh on site daily! Yum!!!!
