Serra Gaúcha Parrilla Galetos

We went on a Sunday and ordered the all-you-can-eat chicken. The tempoero (vinaigrette) that is left on top of the chicken is horrible, we asked for it to be removed and then they served a dry, unsalted chicken. I'm from the Serra Gaucho region, daughter and wife of real roasters and I think it's a lack of respect to offer a horrible chicken like that as if it were a Gaucho chicken. Gaucho products are being defamed. Meal type: Lunch

Terrible delivery!!! After a 1:30 hour delay, I contacted the store, was attended to by a very rude employee who didn't know where the biker was and still stated that my order had been delivered, and in the end I had to cancel the order as they were already going to make it. 2 hours late and no one knew where my order was. I do not recommend the delivery service!!!!! Service: Delivery

The lunchbox is terrible, unfortunately I didn't research it beforehand, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. Very dry food, chicken without sauce, tasteless pasta and ground meat with a strange flavor. I couldn't eat the whole lunch and I have no problems eating, it's very difficult for me not to like the food at a restaurant in this price range. Service: Delivery

The people of the Federal District are content with something deplorable. This establishment is terrible in all aspects, especially the service. And what's more, they are fraudsters in the products served (they sell one thing, but deliver another picanha hard thigh. Something that can be classified as a crime. Fiz meu almoço de casamento neste restaurante no dia 19/10/2023 e foi uma das melhores escolhas. O atendimento foi excelente, o ambiente aconchegante e a comida, nem se fala, estava deliciosa! Alguns dias antes, eu fiz a reserva com minha esposa, e o dono do restaurante, Dido, nos atendeu de forma impecável. Recomendo muito!

Espaço agradável, atendimento muito bom. Os garçons são simpáticos e estão sempre atentos a tudo. A comida é bastante farta, porém achei os acompanhamentos sem sabor, enquanto o galeto estava saboroso. O suco de laranja parecia velho e não estava bom. O pedido chegou super rápido. O preço estava dentro do esperado.

Atendimento de primeira, todos educados e gentis. Muito organizado e limpo, com rampa de acessibilidade para cadeirantes. O galeto é maravilhoso, com um molho de ervas finas, excepcional. E a maionese caseira me lembra minha infância. Um restaurante incrível!
