When I received the food from the delivery person, I discovered that our cheesy garlic naan was missing. My girlfriend called the restaurant to inquire about the missing item. The woman she spoke to was unapologetic and said they would include it in our next order, but we wanted it with our current meal. She then informed us that they would bring a new one, but it would take 40 minutes. Upon further inspection, we realized that all the food we received was cold. I mean, really cold! I ordered from this restaurant and the food arrived over an hour late. They had run out of some of the items I ordered, so instead of informing me, they sent whatever they wanted. When I tried to return the incorrect items for a refund, they refused and drove away. I called the manager, who was unhelpful and refused to refund me. The food they did send was disgusting. This is the worst place I have ever ordered from.
