Shake Shack - Reservar uma mesa

I really like Shake Shack, but I 'm not a fan of the Nanuet location. I placed on order via the app. App said order would be ready in 7 12min. I go in at 10mins order isn 't ready. Not a big deal. I sit and wait. Total time waited 20mins. My issues are: 1. The person at the register couldn 't be less interested in being helpful. I gave my name and phone number... and as she saw me waiting didn 't bother to say anything. I 'm expecting we 're waiting on your... 2. My order was marked picked up in the app at 8mins; meanwhile my food clearly wasn 't ready. Which tells me that the focus is on optics of efficiency rather than real efficiency. 3. Trashiest shake shack on the eastern seaboard. If you have a pick up order, you literally have to ask if it 's been made rather than them calling your name. After a few minutes had past my pick up time and my name was not called I figured I would ask if there was an order for 'xyz ' ... then, the ONE person I could actually get to make eye contact with me grabs a bag that had been sitting for God knows how long. Shittiest food service I 've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I will start making the drive to Paramus again next time I have a craving for shake shack... never going back to this pathetic excuse of a shack shake. Such a shame

Ordering from this location on RT 59 is always an issue. The young lady at the counter intentionally didn’t take my order so I’d have to put it in myself at the kiosk… Really, what is your job description? Last I checked it was customer service! I’m sorry you took a job you don’t want to carry out whole heartedly. And don’t worry I won’t be returning to this location. I hope your cognizant that your pushing business out of this owners store. When they lose you lose. Good luck keeping that up for long.

I love Shake Shack's double burgers. The meat are well done and the standard pairing of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and shack sauce are great. Definitely like the place and its service Will come here more often :

First time trying. Tasty burgers were the consensus from the family, with friendly staff who walked me through the menu options. A little pricey for 4 burgers and some fries.
