Shake Shack - Reservar uma mesa

very disappointed by an order that we have made. for 1 very small hamburger 1 small philly 4 orderings by zwiebelringen, which each commission had 4 intervertebrings in it. the wobble rings were also cooked over. get that the bill was $33.28 they also charged 1.28 to use my debit card. the entry had no items. I cried out the online menu prizes that it was wrong. manager insisted it was right. I can eat along horn cheaper and much better. buyer's intention! I've never eaten there again, but never again. they say support their local business. try this and they'll get messed up. never again. Oh and I tipped cash.

Usually, great. But tonight/3/17, really not sure what happened? Paid for 2 12 oz. cups of chili and there was only 6 oz. per cup-half full?! Asked for crackers when we ordered and even after asking 2 more times with 2 different workers, never received a single pack of crackers. Very dissappointed.

absolutely delicious! I have enjoyed shaking shac for decades. plus! yes, they are always packed with other mozens! yes, wait, no matter how long, it is worth it! stop them, enjoy a flash back to easier days, where service with a smile, always has followed with great eating and love memory!

fantastic burger and so much more. I didn't find anything to complain to her eating or service. I wish they were more open in the week, but I understand. I love it and will continue.

we love this place. it is a drive-thru with fast service and big shakes. we never had anything but shakes, so we can't talk to the rest of the menu.
