I took charge of ordering from the regular menu, selecting dishes I was familiar with from my mother's cooking in Szechuan. The mixed chicken gizzards in black bean sauce and the Szechuan-style stir-fried potatoes, green peppers, and eggplant were delicious. Another member of our group ordered the dry-roasted green beans with minced meat and dried chilis, another regional specialty, which was also well-received. wow, I wasn't sure what to expect, but that messed me up. the source of delicious dishes from the kitchen, the hotpot had a whack of the Chinese five spices that was beaten and alive, with only one hauch of chili felt in the back of the neck. our little serviette, at £14, had seven generous pieces tender lamb, much more than we expected for the price, and we were reached by the time we reached through them all. I never had the chance to try this restaurant when I lived in E14, but I finally visited it a few days ago with some friends who live nearby. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant offers a unique blend of Nordic and Chinese cuisine, so you can still enjoy familiar dishes alongside new and exciting flavors. We didn't try the hotpot this time, but perhaps we will next time.

This restaurant is a hidden gem, serving authentic traditional cuisine at very reasonable prices. While we didn't try the hot pot, our friends who have say it's not the best. However, the dishes we did try were excellent - very spicy but still flavorful. You could feel the heat the next morning. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Ordered the fish and mopo tofu. Both are super good and goes well with rice. Slightly expensive though.
