Shanty Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

One of the better breakfast meals we have had while traveling and we travel extensively. The whole wheat homemade French toast was perfect, the fruit cup was delightful, and the waffle with fresh fruit and real whipped cream was among the best I have had. Coffee was the best we have had since we left home on July 10th and that includes all of Halifax. Friendly and professional waitstaff made the meal perfect. I only have one question about the source of their small container of pancake syrup . I don 't believe it was real maple syrup. That 's the only discrepancy.

We live in another part of NS but come to Yarmouth often for business. A struggling but growing food scene in t own with some nice new additions. Shanty remains a staple for us and the BEST breakfast in town obsoletely. Very good service. VERY good food. Fast and friendly! Great variety and exceptional value! It is a real must try and their summer patio is unique and super fun. Will return

We went to the Shanty for breakfast one morning. It was recommended to us as one of the best places in town for breakfast. When we arrived it was quite busy, but there were still plenty of tables. The prices seemed high until you received your meal and saw how large the portions were. The staff were courteous and friendly. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast. Service above and beyond. Place is spotless including washrooms. Highly recommended.

Excellent food and service. Homemade wheat bread for toast was terrific! Great frittata and home fries .
