I see that they have deleted my original review and have had friends and family members of this terrible establishment leave 5 star reviews in an attempt to boost their overall ratings haha because boy, was it terrible before! You should check the YELP as well haha I visited this “business” in March of 2021 and it was HORRIBLE. After reading the reviews I can see that they are CROOKS and I should've went elsewhere. I was entertaining a small group of people and placed a call in order for 30 wings, a small PAN of catfish nuggets, and a small box of fries. I had someone else pick up the order. If I can give 0 stars I will! Definitely DESERVE 0 stars from the customer service to the food! I called to place a order on Friday June 10 th for a Sunday June 12th 12:30pm pick up! I should have known the first red flag after placing my order I was told we will call you once we drop the chicken. Huh? The guy on the phone didn’t even ask me what time do I need my order! Which is what I told him! Then he confirm my time Sunday June 12th for 12:30 pm. Provided my number and place my order. Then I call Sunday at 11:31 am to confirm my order for 12:30pm pick up and get the price. The guy told me my 50pc mix will be ready at 12:30pm and provided the price $64.99 with tax! Some of the best fried fish chicken on the Southside of Chicago! (technically, it 's Blue Island Food is always fresh and hot. The guys that work there are very nice. They give good advice on what to order how to order it so that you get the best bang for your 'hard owned buck '!!! If you order ahead, you food is ready at the time they tell you. Great place

Food is amazing and so is the customer service. Had a large order and couldn’t get out of the car to pay or get it bc I had my 1 year old baby in the car, they brought the card reader outside to me my order as well literally so nice you can’t find customer service like that anywhere everyone loved our food Reserve uma mesa agora

Since when Sharks stop serving fries with the chicken dinners? Must be a Blue Island thing... even though it's advertised on their website signs that fries are included. Anyway, the chicken was alright I asked for hot sauce and got 4 things of they great value mild sauce. Never again...

The food was freshly made and tasted great. Service was awesome. Della greated each and every one of us with a smile. That was my first visit as I was recommended to order my chicken from this location. Hope all stay the same and I will be back!
