I made a booking for a 2030h seat and arrived on time. The service staff already had a place on the 2nd. Floor raised platform away from the 3 seats that are in front of the windows and the lake view. 2 of the tables were empty on arrival and I asked if we could go forward as the restaurant was 80% empty. I received the apology that it was a booking requirement and that the seat should be held for the guest who made the booking. I did not see a selection of tables in place of online booking, so I was confused how who is assigned to which tables.
