Had this place saved in my Yelp's Bookmarks for a couple of years and finally got to try it. Heard a lot about their Funguy $12 and Bacon Me Krazy fries $6 so that's what I ordered for myself. My husband ordered the All American $11 and Krazy fries $5. Wow wow wow. I am not going to lie this is probably the best burger I had here in Hawaii. This is the kind of place you wanna tell everyone about because it's so good but also want to keep it a secret because you know it's so good, it'll be popular and busy lol. I honestly enjoy finding food trucks ambiance pleasant. A lot of Parking. Eating area consisted of 6 picnic tables for seating, when we went had a lot of tables open, but 30 mins later tables were filled with customers. Smash burgers in central Oahu?! Yes, please!I finally was able to try this place after being in my bookmarks for years! Since today is Saturday, it was extremely busy. Make sure you call in your order ahead of time to avoid long wait times! Since it was our 1st time and we didn't find an up to date menu, we decided to chance it and go down. It was a 30 minute wait at 1:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. We got 3 All American Burgers $11 each) and 2 fries $4 each). Me and the wife loved it very much and it was our first try and I highly recommend trying the #3 fun guy burger with the Fries and special sauce., it was super onolicious... Excellent service and very friendly. They also brought our order to our table and I really appreciate that. Will definitely come again.

Drove 30 minutes for a burger from Shay's. The food is outstanding, and one of the best burgers I've had on island. The prices of the hamburgers are very affordable all things considered. If you're hungry and looking for a burger that reminds you of an all American, delicious hamburger, look no further.
