Shi - Reservar mesa

The service was poor. There were utensils to eat. We had to ask for knives to eat the prime rib appetizer. We were looking for our service. She didn’t ask if we wanted drinks and entree. We had to do that. I asked the host if they have a birthday cake for a surprise for my friend. Tho host stated in front of my friend that we had to order the cake spoiling the surprise The food served was good but the service was very poor. Our busboy was very nice. He helped a lot and he also helped us to get the check as the server was just non chalant and nowhere to be found. I planned to have a big event over there but I’m not sure. As a good critic, I will also do an expose on the restaurant

We waited about 30 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant wasn't busy—only five tables were occupied due to New Year's reservations. The hostess informed us that we had a 1.5-hour reservation, which we understood and respected. However, I had to approach her again after noticing that another table, which arrived after us, had already received their drinks and placed their orders. It felt as though we were rushed to eat and leave. If my wife and I had been treated better from the start, I would have given them 5 stars. Given it was New Year's Eve and reservations were required, I expected better service.

The service was good, but I would advise people of color to be cautious. I had an early reservation, and the restaurant was largely empty, yet I was seated towards the back, just two tables away from the kitchen, rather than in a booth. Aside from that, the food was fantastic, the server was friendly, and the ambiance was pleasant—perfect for a date night.

great food and goodness. good energy from the crowds is only the case that my waitress was very out of the hands. she gave us an employment and forgot two things. didn't even act as if she was taking care when I reminded her she just said ok I'm going to be as if she had all the ordeal Reserve uma mesa agora
