Shish Kebab House Of Afghanistan

We were looking for a restaurant that wouldn 't break the bank , would have a large variety of good food, and would be quiet enough to have a business meeting. This restaurant delivered beautifully! The service was exceptional. As we did not know anything about Afghani food we opted for the Sultan 's Feast for 4. Everything was delicious! Even the eggplant (and I am really not a fan! was great. Be forewarned...a Feast for 4 will easily feed 6! This place is staying on my list of places to dine.

My son frequents this restaurant for their happy hour and when we were having difficulty finding availability on graduation day, he suggested we try it for dinner. We were there very early and it was pretty empty but the food was outstanding and the service really remarkable. We could not have enjoyed it more and the prices were very reasonable. Absolutely delicious!

We found this place YEARS ago when they were at their former location in Hartford and followed them to their beautiful location in West Hartford center. Food always beyond delicious and wait staff always friendly and helpful if you have questions about the menu or wine list. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Food was mediocre, the kitchen messed up our order not only the first time but also after we sent it back, they had one server working at an incredibly busy time (Friday evening).
