Shiso Sushi Oyster

Shiso is our go to sushi spot in the west of Denver area. Overall great for takeout or sit down, not too many places this far from the ocean that have raw fish this good. Plus their staff are awesome, we've have Justin as a server a few times and he's always on it. He even helped steer us to a sake that is now a regular in our rotation.
