Shoprite Wines Spirits Of Emerson

This shop seems to be slowly on the way, which is the ShopRite in Northvale, which is quite bad in almost every way. Hopefully, they won't sink at the end * that* low though. I personally don't care about one of the Inserra-owned ShopRites (except in Ramsey), but unfortunately they seem to have a monopoly in this area. Much better is the one just across the border in Pearl River, NY owned by a company called Glass. It's almost like it's part of another chain compared to those in Bergen County.

This location no longer offers hand baskets for shopping. Explore where they were and I was told to either use a shopping cart or carry my items. All shopping carts were either in the parking lot, broken, completely dirty or those that are in good condition in use. Another bad decision about managements.

I came to the Emerson shoprite before work to get a cake for an employee on the last day, and when I came here, the sign says Bake Shop Hours 7am to 9pm is 8:50 AM and I say no one can help me until the person comes at 9am. Now I'll be late for work. Don't post when nobody can help.

We've been here for 10 years and never had a problem. They are always very respectful and polite when they check out. Large selection of drinks and beer
